Tooldle publishes content into your website.
Instead of forcing you to fit content into a pre-built template, Tooldle lets you design your own look and layout, and Tooldle then publishes into it.
You publish the content thru a web browser, ZERO programming skill required.
Let's say you are designing a travel agent website. The agent Amy wants to update the air ticket prices herself. The prices are coded in a HTML <table>.
So you log on to Tooldle's dashboard, tell Tooldle which webpage the air ticket <table> is located. Tooldle then gives you the 3-line code, which you now paste into the webpage.
In the content editor page, you (or Amy) can edit the ticket prices, description, other content, style and sizing just as in a word document. Press "publish".
Instantly, the website is updated.
See our "TOOL LIST" for other publishable content.

YES! Toodle is designed for web designer.
We are web designers ourselves. When it comes to
content update, most clients want to edit the content themselves. When it comes to
web functions like photo album, guestbook, etc., the solutions in the market are not designer-friendly. Some ask us to install a php & mysql server. Some come with ads. and the worst: their looks just don't
fit into your web design.
Tooldle solves all of these problems. Read ahead.
Yes. Tooldle merges into your site so well that you'd think it's your work!
- Tooldle publishes no ads, just your content.
- Instead of publishing a full-page template, Tooldle just takes up a content area on your page. So you design your webpage first, then insert Tooldle as a "plug-in".
- Tooldle always trys to inherit the CSS style of your webpage. It follows your design. You also have a "style" panel for fine-tuning if necessary.
We call Tooldle "skinless",
cos it wears your skin!
Different tools do different things.
- Some, like the Rich Text and Image tool, faithfully display your up-to-date content.
- Some, like the Form tool, email the visitor's entries to you, and store the data into your online database, which is download-able as an Excel spreadsheet.
- Some, like the Guestbook tool, let the visitors contribute content into your website.
As we are now designing more tools, your
suggestions are very welcome!
ABSOLUTELY no. We know designers are not programmers, coding PHP and setting up mySql ain't fun for you. Tooldle takes care the back-ends so you can solely focus on the front-end design.
You just need to paste the 3-line code into your webpage. Your website doesn't need to enable PHP or other scripting language, just plain HTML is good for us. Also make sure your website supports FTP (File Transfer Protocol, a world-wide standard all Web Host companies must support), which Tooldle uses for publishing.
Usually, your clients like to update the content themselves. The common solution is to call up the designer. That's why your laptop traveled along your vacation trips.
Now with Tooldle, your clients can update their websites anytime, anywhere, how frequent they want, and can even UNDO the last revisions! (currently on some Tools)
More, when trying to wrap up a web design project, the site-content is probably the last item to check off. No-end postponing the launch day isn't good for both of you...
With Tooldle, just load the site with dummy contents, complete the design and bill your clients. They then update the site on their pace, while you start a new project. Win-win.
Sometimes you may see the names Tov Solutions and Tovbox along with Tooldle.
Tov (pronounced as "toe - ve") means "good" in ancient Hebrew.
Tov Solutions is the people behind all these. We invented this publishing method, and commit to provide good solutions to businesses.
Tovbox is the technology behind Tooldle. It's the publishing engine just like the vtech engine under your car's hood.
